Assessment of the hybrid threat to Denmark

On 3 October 2025, FE prepared a non-classified assessment of the hybrid threat to Denmark. It is very likely that Russia believes that it is in a conflict with the West, where the means are kept below the level of armed conflict. FE assesses that Russia is currently waging a hybrid war against NATO and the West. It is very likely that the hybrid threat from Russia to NATO will increase in the coming years.
